Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) in PreconSuite

PreconSuite Bid Management Software has an automated Non-Disclosure (“NDA”) feature designed to help General Contractors protect confidential project information.

This feature allows General Contractors to restrict access to a project's private planroom portal on a project specific basis to only those subcontractors who have accepted the project's NDA terms. This helps streamline the process of obtaining NDA signatures on confidential projects, saving time for both parties compared to the prior method of downloading a PDF, signing, scanning, re-uploading and emailing.

You can see which subs viewed the NDA and which accepted, including the IP address of the device they used for their digital signature. This provides an added layer of control for confidential projects while eliminating much of the administrative work traditionally associated with collecting signed NDAs.
